The products or services that you have purchased from the WinWellness website must be fully paid for. No dispatches will take place whatsoever in the event of credit payment, partial payment, or non-payment if any.

• Courier charges are non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIME

We make our best efforts to ship each product of your order within a maximum of 24 working hours from our end and provide a docket number in the Winwellness Independent Distributor We aim to ship your order within 24 working hours and provide tracking details. Occasionally, delays up to 15 working days may occur due to unexpected dalay from third-party.
If we can't ship within 30 days, we'll notify you and offer options to wait or receive a refund for the unshipped items.

SHIPPING POLICY

If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged,before accepting delivery of the goods,please refuse to take delivery of the package and inform winwellness support team. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement, if eligible, is made to you at the earliest. WinWellness customer redressal committee reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement unless fully satisfied with seeking a refund, as per our return and refund policy. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. All return expenses have to be borne by the customer.
